Writing For Your Life: Healing Through Personal Narrative
Often the truth is not fully know until written down. Transformation can occur as your life experiences flow from pen to paper...then are spoken outloud.
An integration or letting go of various pieces of a written and shared life story can be profoundly healing. Hearing the story of another is a powerful antidote for feelings of loneliness and isolation.
